Why don't the traffic lights work consistently? Saving electricity? Infrastructure issues?
Why don't the street lights work ever? There are tons that line the street in front of the hotel?
Why don't Ghanaians wear seat belts?
Why do Ghanaians drive so erratic? There are speed limits but they aren't enforced? How many accidents happen a year?
Why do so many people think American is cold? Florida is hotter than Accra right now.
What to the upper class do for the low income Ghanaians? Are there foundations? Are there homeless shelters?
